Marketing agency chairman likes Mocha Uson’s chances in the Senate

Chairman of Estima, a marketing agency, Vincent Pozon sees the practicality of Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary (Ass.) Sec.) Mocha Uson’s endorsement for the senate in the upcoming 2019 Election.

Pozon, through a point by point Facebook post, stated his reasons why he thinks Mocha Uson is likely to win a seat in the senate in 2019.

According to Pozon, Mocha already has a strong five million-strong fan base that can function as voters to both Mocha and the party or individual politicians that she will endorse.

This strong support, as implied by Pozon, is partly due to her “cause”; a cause that, according to Pozon, will be likely support. 

Pozon also noted that Mocha is a ‘masterful communicator’ which seems to mean that Mocha is very accessible to the public, a trait that is implied by Pozon as an important skill for a politician.

The article ended with Pozon noting that he is not involved in the government, nor a supporter. Rather he is only citing his opinion.

“POLITICS ASIDE, WE CAN ALL UNDERSTAND why they want to draft Mocha Uson into the senate.

1. SHE HAS MORE THAN 5 MILLION PEOPLE FOLLOWING HER DAILY. That is quantity of support at the starting gate. Many will fight for her, shed blood even, and I say that with no malice. That is quality of support that is the envy of politicians.

2. HERS IS NOT JUST A HOUSEHOLD NAME; she is not a celebrity because of work in an unrelated industry like boxing or the movies. She is 'germane to the cause': Mocha is seen as a champion for people who believe in what she espouses. How strong is that support? Check the surveys.

3. THEY WON'T BE JUST VOTING FOR MOCHA THE INDIVIDUAL, THE VLOGGER, THE ASEC. Because she represents her cause so much, she does not need to sell herself. Her past does not matter -- all she has to do is mine her cause; it's like having a Duterte run for the senate.

4. HER JOB IS PERSUASION. She can help convince her people to support and campaign for other candidates.

5. SHE IS MASTERFUL AS A COMMUNICATOR. She can whip out her smartphone, while fixing her hair, and address her publics and the country LIVE, several times a day, or night, quick as a wink and without hesitation (I know too many politicians who have difficulty facing a camera).

Mocha Uson does not have an audience; she has a cause and an army. She will be formidable, as a candidate and as an ally for other candidates, should she decide to run, of course.

You can hate her, but you cannot scoff at her chances.
