Social media personality calls for the permanent revoking of Isabel Lopez’s driver’s license.

Krizette Laurete Chu, a known personality in social media, claimed the possible punishment against the driving offense of actress, Isabel Lopez, to be too “lax”, and that Lopez deserved a greater punishment.

Chu expressed her sentiments through post in Facebook.

To escape traffic, actress and beauty queen Isabel Lopez breached the ASEAN Lane, a lane that was meant to be exclusively used by delegates of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) summit.

Chu said that the action of the said actress put the ASEAM Summit delegates at risk by implying that her actions could have gave terrorists and other threats an idea of how to breach the summit and cause dangerous actions.

Moreover, Chu also expressed how Lopez’s action may have also caused an embarrassment to the country’s president, President Rodrigo Duterte.

The article ended with Chu pointing out that if the offense was done in a different place, the offender would be met with harsher punishments.

Here is Chu’s complete Facebook post,

“Bakit "maaari" lang kasuhan si Isabel Lopez? Seriously that was a major breach and not just a minor violation.

What she did put the leaders of many countries at risk. So parang tinuruan pa nya ang mga terrorists na pwede palang gawin yon. Pinost pa nya. What if they do it and hurt the dignitaries? What if they fire at random? Tail them sa ASEAN lane? Kahihiyan sa atin yon. Kahihiyan Ng Pilipinas at ni Duterte yon. (Yun talaga concern ko.)

Revoke her license and her right to drive, permanently. She deserves it, and more.

Pag ibang bansa yan, 1,000 lashes na yan or 6 months in jail plus fine.

We're too lax for our own good. Siguro pag Presidente ako, mas malala pa ako kay Duterte. Bawal abusado.”
