Well known writer expresses frustration over Philippine government
Krizette Laureta Chu, social media personality, posted on Wednesday her frustration about the people within the Philippine government.
She expressed her annoyance over the Filipino people’s voting habits on how the people that are elected into power are corrupt and take advantage of the citizens of the country.
Chu went on to list the areas upon which corruption is happening, including the national government level, barangay level, also mentioning contractors and clerks that also steal the money of the people.
Love for the country is something that these corrupt people do not have, according to Chu. She also mentioned how the corruptness of these people have lead the rich to become richer and the government officials earning more than what they should. Meanwhile, the poor people and the rest of the community are left alone and even poorer than before.
Chu also clarified that it is only President Rodrigo Duterte that has lived up to his promises and has kept the interest of the Filipino people at heart.
She ended her post by pre-empting that the 2019 elections will still not be filled with “senatoriable” politicians.

"This is a country whose biggest thieves are not found in the darkest alleys but in the corridors of power.
And we keep electing them again and again.
Selfish thieves, from the President (obviously not Duterte) to the lowly barangay tanod.
Samantalang yung community around the area, wala ni isang kusing. Naabala pa.
Walang pagmamahal sa bayan kahit konti.
Nakakapagod na. Aside from Duterte, parang walang ibang nagmamahal sa bansa.
Mag 2019 na, wala pang "Senatoriable" or other politicians na worthy. Hay."
