PCOO Undersecretary hits at VP Robredo: "May Santa give you the gift of authenticity. At puso para sa mahihirap."
Undersecretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO), Lorraine Marie Badoy, took to Facebook to express her disappointment and utter annoyance at an interview held by Philippine Vice President Leni Robredo.
In Badoy’s post, she stated how she was personally offended by the statements released by the VP, attacking and criticising the Duterte administration.
She point out that it was a bad move for the VP to attack the President saying that poverty in the country still has not been solved under the Duterte administration, considering that the VP herself was not able to solve this problem even with her formerly being the chairperson of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) that aims to give free housing to the poor and marginalized sector of society.
Badoy claims that Robredo did nothing during her term as chairperson as a lot of people still did not have homes. Badoy also claims that it was only after Robredo was kicked out of the position that over 280 families afftected by Typhoon Yolanda were able to avail of the housing.
Apparently, according to Badoy, Robredo did not do well in her first fews days as HUDCC chair. In her post, she says that Robredo only reported for work on the 45th day after she took her oath.
When she did, it was only to meet with a niche sector of the agency, as there are 16 Key Shelter Agencies. It was followed by separate meetings as well with the rest of the sectors. It was only on the 92nd day that Robredo was able to have her first board meeting with the agency, something unusual for a chairperson to do.
Badoy says that Robredo cannot say these negative things about the president because even she has continually disappointed the Filipino people.

"So I read this weeks ago but didn’t have the time to respond because I had so much to do. Well now I have some time to sit back and respond. :D
I think it is particularly galling for Leni Robredo to criticize the Duterte Administration for the ‘prevalent poverty that continues to grip the country’ when, as she sat as HUDCC chair—you know, that post that takes care of HOUSING FOR THE POOR, she had a clear shot at eliminating a significant part of this poverty that she so claims concerns her had she so wanted.
And yet, what did she do?
NOTHING. Basically.
She traveled to the US almost immediately to meet up with Loida Nicolas Lewis and hatch up their weird plans to destabilize the then fledging Duterte administration. Then had back to back glam parties and photo shoots.
And only on Day 45 did she report for work—and this was to meet with just the HLURB (HUDCC has 16 Key Shelter Agencies), on Day 50, she met with her NHA subordinates, on Day 66 her SHFMC and HDMF subordinates, on Day 78 her HGC subordinates, and a full 85 days before she sat with her NHFMC subordinates.
And the first ever board meeting she had with any of them was NINETY-TWO days after taking her oath as HUDCC head. For SHFC, a full 105 days, for NHFMC a full 106 days and for NHA 127 days. And there was one key shelter agency she NEVER even had a board meeting with—the HGC.
Can you beat that? When other past HUDCC Heads hit the ground running at anywhere from days 1 to 3, Leni Robredo kinda woke up on Day 45 and remembered “Hey, HUDCC!”
In truth, Leni Robredo is all about just words. Empty posturing. Callous indifference to the poorest of the poor and they will forever be nothing more to her than fodder for her political ambitions—not people she needs to truly serve to the best of her abilities.
That’s the dilawan brand for which Leni is the poster girl: phoney liars, empty, fake.
And her apologists will say, well she only had 5 months.
Dudes, 18 days after she was given the boot by the President, 280 families –victims of Yolanda—walked into their brand new homes. Homes Leni Robredo said they would only be able to have after 2 to 3 years because it would take her that long to fix the whole mess because blah blah blah.
And our freedom of speech has been suppressed? Says someone who’s spread some of the worst lies about the Duterte government and continues to not only draw breath but draw breath in such splendid circumstances—a mansion of her own choosing with a budget in the hundreds of millions (463.95 Million).
And alleged killings? What is the number of the month this time, Leni? 13,000? 15K? 20k? All unsubstantiated.
Words. Empty words.
Words. Empty words.
The Leni Robredo brand of glaring incompetence, indifference, monumental phoniness.
Merry Christmas, ma’am.
May Santa give you the gift of authenticity. At puso para sa mahihirap.
Kahit one teaspoon lang. Maghati kayo ni Phoney Mar. Sobra nyong kailangan."
