Jim Paredes’ tweet gets burned by netizen
Facebook user and Duterte supporter, Harold Tan, posted recently a hit towards a tweet made by artist and activist Jim Paredes regarding the 80% approval President Rodrigo Duterte garnered in a recent survey.
Paredes’ tweet read:
"The alleged SWS survey that said Dut had a higher approval rating than PNoy is FAKE NEWS. You can’t find it on the SWS site.
If this admin is really popular, why did they have to fake surveys? Seriously."
Tan corrected this tweet by Paredes by agreeing with him that no such survey existed.
However, according to Tan, no such survey exists because the survey that showed 80% approval was not conducted by the Social Weather Stations (SWS), but by Pulse Asia.
The SWS actually did conduct a survey of their own, however their results varied from that of Pulse Asia. The SWS survey showed that President Duterte’s approval ratings actually dropped.
The Pulse Asia survey on the other hand, reported that their third quarter survey showed President Rodrigo Duterte’s overall approval was 80 perfect, as well as his trust rating to be at 80 percent as well.

Jim Paredes said no such survey exists on the SWS website.
Of course not. Nobody will ever find a Pulse Asia survey on the SWS website.
