Facebook page Luminous by Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles, took time this week to create a post that was dedicated to deconstructing every portion of a news article about presidential son Paolo Duterte, in order to prove that it was not news worthy, and did not deserve to even be published.
In the post by Cruz-Angeles, she discusses how sometimes, fake news are not as obvious. She then proceeded to give an example of an article in Philippine Daily Inquirer.
She questioned how the deactivation of Paolo Duterte’s Facebook account could be considered as news worthy.
She said that it was not news, especially since it did not have evidence to begin with.
